Dear Readers,

It is an honor for me to be able to share our company’s news every year with you. It is with great pleasure that I write to you regarding this year’s performance. Firstly I would like to take the opportunity to thank you, on behalf of all the board members and staff of The Dhaka Mercantile Cooperative Bank Ltd. for your endless support, participation, guidance and loyalty. Without your interest in us none of the work that we put forward today would have a purpose. Your constant presence around us gives the company the incentive to keep putting out the best of its self in front of you.

I would like to thank our clients, shareholders and well-wishers who have stuck by us all the way in good times and bad times. Your motivation and enthusiasm in our work has constantly assured us that what we do will be worthwhile as you have had your faith strongly held onto us all throughout the period. Since you have been with us all the year round and we promise to be there for you in order to fulfill any service that you might be requiring in the future. Maintaining good customer relations is the sole purpose of the company and if required we will go beyond our capabilities in order to deliver maximum utility to you. Your optimistic perspective on us has made it possible for us to achieve growth and make a better image of ourselves. We stand by strong with you as you have done with us. We welcome you to seek for our services whenever possible as we are determined to come up with a way to give you the most satisfaction.

I would also like to thank our staffs who have been working relentlessly all day and night order to bring our company to the position that we stand in today. All throughout the year they have maintained positive attitudes towards their many challenges they faced. No barrier was strong enough to hold them back from giving their best performance. Even during the unstable periods that were faced in the last year, they worked with their heads held up high and beat the economic downturn. They have made sure that their efforts bring about the desired results. We have recognized your dedication and loyalty, and immensely appreciate the work you have put forward. Your work is much looked forward to in the coming years. And no matter what the condition we will be ready to serve you as you have served us and continue to serve us.

We will continue to work hard and with all of your support will probably perform even better in the upcoming year.
