Hire Purchase Shirkatul Meelk (Rickshaw/Van) Investment

Terms and conditions For for above Investment:

- Any Bangladeshi citizen living in the jurisdiction of any branch of DMCBL for at best 03 years may avail of Bank’s Investment.
- The person who wants to get the Investment facility from Bank open a Mudaraba Savings Account with us and minimum deposit of Tk. 25.00 on daily basis for a period of 15 days in his account
- For get the investment facility any persons first time to become a member of DMCBL. To become a member of DMCBL initially he/she will pay Tk.250.00 as a membership fee and buy share Tk. 100.00 per share.
- The Bank shall buy the Rickshaw and then handover it.Duration of this type of investment is 292 days and within this period the investee shall pay 236 installments.The amount of investment of Tk. 8,000.00 and Daily Installment of Tk 40.00 and vice versa.
- The Investee need 02 (two) passport size photograph and 02 (two) Guarantor. He also open a Mudaraba Savings Account for a period of 05 (five) years with monthly installment Tk. 100.00 .
- Every time when Investee takes the facility of investment he/she will pay Tk.25.00 for loan form and Tk.25.00 for creation of charge documents. Stamp charges for other documents also bear by the Investee.
